(immediate corrections made: removal of plastic bags). 0165 (2f) Licensor observed the glass entrance door where children enter and exit did not have stickers or art work at children's eye level to prevent children from walking through the glass door. 0165 (2g) Licensor observed the pack and play was placed near the window. 0165 (4c) Licensor observed light fixture covers in the living room (child care space)were made of glass.
